How to Make Flan
Step 1: Put 1/4 of the sugar in a saucepan and heat until melted and caramelized.
Step 2: Carefully pour the caramel into a baking bowl.
Step 3: In a blender, combine 8 eggs, 2 tablespoons vanilla extract, and 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk.
Step 4: Blend the ingredients for a few minutes until smooth.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into the bowl with the caramel.
Step 6: Place the bowl in a larger baking dish filled with water.
Step 7: Bake for 40 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit (182 Celsius).
